Precision in detail - The product advantages
1. Top flange conforms to EN/ISO 5211.
2. Monobloc body with overrunning safety device.

4. The shaft is carried in maintenance-free, excess-length, corrosion proof and temperature - stable PTFE bearings. This ensures exact positioning of the valve disc.
5. Spring-supported PTFE seat ring guarantees absolute tightness and compensates for wear.
6. Clamping ring protects seat ring from abrasion and erosion.
7. Fit and proper connection between disc and shaft by means of tangentially arranged taper pins.
8. Hardened bearing rings for exact centering of the valve disc.
9. Valve disc located in double-eccentric bearings results in low torque and reduces wear.

Leakage Test
• We test each valve dry, with air in acc. to: • DIN 3230, T3, BO (Leakage rate 1) = gastight • Accepted leakage rate by DIN:
up to DN 150 = 0 Bubbles / 1 Minutes up to DN 500 = 0 Bubbles / 2 Minutes DN 500 to DN 1000 = 1 Bubbles / 2 Minutes
• With these results we perform also the shut off requirements of: • ISO 5208, Category 3, • API 598 Table 5 • ANSI B 16-104, Class VI

Double Eccentric Construction 
The double eccentric construction of the valve offers advantages, particularly where there are high pressures and temperature loads.
The disc and the shaft are located in eccentric bearings. The valve combines minimal frictional losses and low torques since the valve disc is immediately lifted off the seal ring during the opening operation.
This principle allows reliable sealing and a long service life of the valve – even at high operation frequencies.

Easy Maintainable Seat Ring 
From a maintenance perspective the only working part that needs to be replaced is the Seal Ring. By removing the grub screws on the Clamp Ring, the seal drops out and a new Seal Ring can be inserted in less than 5 minutes.
