We also offer a portal database via the web to our customers which enables individual asset files to be set up, the individual files are used to store all reports, root cause analysis's and quotations in relation to the specific asset, along with this we can also store other relevant information i.e. parts lists, drawings, performance curves, certifications, etc. The stored information is then available to you 24 hours a day and builds up a substantial history in relation to the specific asset.
